Station Passage is a pedestrian footpath between Mulberry Lane and Cowslip Road, near South Woodford Station.

Forest Therapy Centre is easy to reach for patients from Essex or London. The nearest Underground station is South Woodford. The following buses also stop near South Woodford Station: 179, 549, N55, W13, W12, W14​. If you are driving, there are no parking spaces at Forest Therapy Centre however there are public car parks on and under The Viaduct - check signs for fees and restrictions.
